This work tends to unfold in phases. Not as a formula, but as a recognizable progression.

1. The Undoing

2. The Descent
What has been held beneath the surface begins to rise.

3. The Reset

Your nervous system begins to reorganize.

4. Reorientation
Your relationship to yourself and your life begins to shift. Decision-making recalibrates. Boundaries become clearer.

This private engagement spans six months, with the option to extend as your next level continues to unfold.

Private Sessions
12 private 60-minute sessions (typically biweekly or as needed).
Each session integrates strategic clarity, somatic work, trauma-informed guidance, and deep pattern recognition to support real-time shifts in how you think, lead, and relate.

Two Private In-Person Retreats
Two private, two-day residential retreats in the mountains of Colorado. This immersive experience serves as a pivotal integration point, where insight becomes embodied and lasting. Virtual retreats are available if travel is not possible.

High-Touch Support
Ongoing access between sessions via voice notes, text, and email. You are supported inside the moments that matter, so brain repatterning stays charged and steady.

Somatic Practices
Customized practices to expand your nervous system capacity, increase regulation, and support the integration of new ways of operating.
