2. The Descent

3. The Reset

12 private 60-minute sessions (typically biweekly or as needed).

Two Private In-Person Retreats
Two private, two-day residential retreats in the mountains of Colorado. This immersive experience serves as a pivotal integration point, where insight becomes embodied and lasting. Virtual retreats are available if travel is not possible.

Ongoing access between sessions via voice notes, text, and email. You are supported inside the moments that matter, so brain repatterning stays charged and steady.

About Anne-Marie

Anne-Marie is a transformational leadership guide who works with visionary leaders, executives, and culture shapers, navigating identity-level change.

Anne-Marie did not choose a life of continual reinvention and shedding. Her life kept returning her to it.

She began her career deep inside the world of business. Strategy. Operations. Execution. High-functioning environments where intelligence was prized and inner life was largely ignored. She holds an MBA and has worked across startups, mission-driven organizations, and Fortune 500 environments.

Working closely with executives and technical teams, she saw the same patterns repeat. Brilliant people burning out. Power struggles disguised as alignment issues. Cultures shaped by fear rather than integration and wholeness.

At first, she believed the problem was external. Systems. Leadership models. Misaligned incentives.

It took years to recognize that the deeper issue lived inside the people running those systems. Including herself.

A breaking point came when Anne-Marie stepped away from the pace and expectations of corporate life and entered a period of profound unknowing. What began as a conscious pause became a long and disorienting health crisis. For years, there was no diagnosis. No roadmap. No fix.

The identities she had relied on fell away. Productivity vanished. Control disappeared.

What remained was a deeper source of wisdom and power. Not the kind that comes from performing but from presence.

During this time, Anne-Marie immersed herself in nervous system study, meditation, somatic and mind-body practices, psychology, neuroscience, and direct inquiry into human suffering and resilience.

She lived close to nature and studied the human condition from the inside out.

She began to understand how power operates before it becomes behavior.
How fear shapes decision-making.
How leadership collapses when it is disconnected from the body and the truth of lived experience.

This was not a detour. It was an initiation.

When she returned to professional life, she did not leave this understanding behind. She integrated it.

In 2010, she founded Revealing Wisdom Coaching and Consulting, bringing this hybrid lens into her work with leaders and organizations. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of individuals and systems, helping them see the invisible forces shaping culture, conflict, and authority.

Her work is direct, relational, and often uncomfortable in the best way. She does not polish personalities or offer formulas. She walks with people into the places they habitually avoid, where power is given away, taken, or distorted by fear, scarcity, or inherited models that no longer fit.

Anne-Marie is deeply committed to interrupting the cultural addiction to speed, performance, and constant doing. She challenges the normalization of disconnection that turns humans into efficient machines while starving them of meaning, creativity, and real connection.

At the same time, she understands systems, incentives, and the real pressures leaders face. She does not ask people to step out of responsibility. She invites them to lead from a deeper source.

She believes leadership is an evolutionary act. That power can be reclaimed without domination. And that authority rooted in presence changes everything.
